Hello again.

I am an Experience Designer and Program Manager specializing in Community Development, with a background in Design Operations. My passion is creating dynamic, human-centered experiences that inspire customers to engage, contribute, and grow.

At Amazon, I led Creative Programs for Amazon Design. This includes overseeing the cross-org creative conference, Conflux, as well as designing and supporting new experiences like speaker events and skills training to foster learning and connection among our creative teams.

My work is collaborative, impactful, and often experimental, designed to energize and encourage the creatives who participate. I thrive at the intersection of creativity and community, turning bold ideas into memorable, engaging experiences.
