I, Elysia Syriac, specialize in Design Operations where I facilitate creativity, empower teams with a system and people-centric approach. I have a positive and empathetic approach which makes me a great team champion, facilitator, and manager. 

 

I am an active community member in AIGA, DesignOps Assembly, and my local chapter of Volunteers of America. Constantly learning, traveling, and trying new things, I am always ready to accept new challenges.
